Yes, rematch button would be nice. I use jin often and people complain why I wouldn't do rematches :)

I think I understand the problem now: Geany always moves the cursor to the last line of the reflowed paragraph and that can shift the text within the window. I never had this problem with Emacs and the reason here is that Emacs keeps the cursor at its old position even after reflowing.

Sometimes I reflow a bigger paragraph and the text shifts within the window. For example, my screen shows the lines 279-304, then I reflow a paragraph within that area and once it's done, the text has shifted and my screen shows the lines 280-305. Even if it's just one line, it can sometimes be confusing when you're trying to find your directions in the text.
Let me know if you have problems...

Hi, I wrote this report, I guess it logged me out, so I was listed as "nobody".
OK, so the first issue is not so important, I guess I cannot remove it from the report anymore now. As for the second issue: the reason I don't like to use cursor keys in autocompletion is that they are actually pretty far from TAB, I don't want to use ENTER either. More bash-like was actually my original idea, you...

Say I have "load files from last session enable" and I open a new individual file, either in my file browser or by typing "geany xyz.txt", then geany only opens the file xyz.txt. But wouldn't it make more sense for it to open all files from last session AND xyz.txt?
In the current setup, I lose my last session completely when I open a new individual file.

I have tested the new geany 0.18 and tried to use it for TeXing. It's almost as good as Emacs now with "re-flowing" and the auto-completion might be even better than Emacs. What is still missing is something like the "RefTex" feature in Emacs. Something that automatically detects the bib-file corresponding to the tex-file and gives access to the entries of that bib-file, e.g. I want to be able...
