Hi,
there is no port of the main executable to Windows. It's only available on platforms supported by KDE3.
Only the command-line executables are available, most notably piklab-prog which is a command-line executable to interface with programmers.

Hi,
it's my mistake. I got a new version of Qt but I didn't recompile it statically so the executables I shipped for 0.15.6 are dynamically linked (for Qt 4.5.3).
Could you try with the latest release (0.15.7)? They should be fine.
