sorry that was stupid ,now they are added
unfortunately I have a real problem this time
when I try to change a setting the apply button is grayed out ,all my permission seem fine
it has an option set that won't allow it to continue (the "log debug file" is set to a directory ,but since I can't change or disable it fails)
any ideas?
here is the ~/.gmameui/dirs.ini you requested.

Oops! sorry my first post isn't right ,these aren't the errors I was getting.
I just sorted mine out ,I'm not sure why you're getting these.
do you have locate installed (find-utils-locate) ,are the .h files where they should be?
glib.h gtk/gtk.h on mine are in
/usr/include/glib-1.2/glib.h
/usr/include/glib-2.0/glib.h
/usr/include/gtk-1.2/gtk/gtk.h
/usr/include/gtk-2.0/gtk/gtk.h.

I can't compile it and get the message
mainwidget_gui.cpp:29:25: error: normaltools.h: No such file or directory
I searched all over and can't find what provides normaltools.h
could someone point me in the right direction?
thanks.
