Looking at the lack of responses to other help questions here, I don't expect this question to be answered!
As far as I can tell KSSH invokes konsole to open a terminal window with the default colour scheme. How can I make the konsole window "automatically" change to a different colour scheme or schema?.

Aha, I chose mjpeg instead of kvcd and it works now. Kvcd
should still work though....

Hello, excellent simple program. Been keeping an eye on
it for a long time.
I like to use it to convert AVI to DVD mostly (720x576
and 352x288).
Selected the AVI, select DVD, change res to 720x576 and
EXECUTE! I get this from transcode in the error messages:
