I'm very sorry. It was not a problem of GLE.
I use some python scripts to generate GLE script file.
There was a bug in a python script. So, the generated GLE script contains a line like
data "data.table" comment 0
'comment 0' was the origin of the problem.
I'm very sorry again and thank you for the good program.

GLE 4.2.0 can't handle scientific notation of floating point numbers in data file.
I attached my data file.
GLE produces the message : "Error: inconsistent number of columns 2 1 at line 38 in ..."
My operating system is Arch Linux.
