The Sun ISM Windows driver interface is not published, but the Intel imbdrv.sys IPMI driver is downloadable for any version of Windows, and its interface is published. This feature will not be implemented because 1) it is not needed, and 2) there isn't enough information available to implement it.
ipmiutil-2.5.2 is now released on sourceforge.net.
