    i am sending meeting request from C# code (2008) to outlook 2007. when sending a request from code the meeting start time is from 9am to 10am. on receiving the request in outlook 2007 or 2003, in calendar i get to see the time as 12:30pm-1:30pm. that is there is a shift of +3:30hrs. whereas outlook express shows the same time. i would like to know whether any time zone adjustments needs to done...

    i am using ical to send meeting request to outlook2007 using C# and my timezone is IST (GMT +5:30) where as i receive schedule in Amman timezone (GMT +2); i have to receive the schedule in IST format itself i.e there is a change in meeting time by +3 hrs; how to restrict this.
