The two TOC entries "1 Heading 2" and "1A Heading 3" are lost when updating the TOC. This was not the case with v2.5 r4980.

The TOC has several light blue entry on TOC level 6. Those entries are now right aligned insteat of left aligned and the page numbers are too much to the right. In r5239 this was still ok.
I also noticed that the ODT styles contents 1 - 6 were translated into DOCX styles contents 1-6 with r5239. Now with r5248 they are...

You are right.
The numbering of the lists is correct and thus much better than with r5239. Only the numberings which are already wrong in the ODT, stay wrong. (e.g. 34.1).
There are some remaining problems with indentation. I will open a new bug for that.

OASIS_roden.odp: OLEs are retained (already in r5145)
IT_Linuxtag.odp; the table and the chart are embedded ODS documents, which are represented in the ODP's zip as content.xml, style.xml...-> recursive translation is not implemented, thus they cannot be translated.
IT_voyager_tutorial.odp: all tables are retained now (already in r5145...
