Make sure you read the XML correctly, using the UTF-8 encoding.
In Java, provide the XML parser with an InputStream, or if you use Reader, make sure you specify the encoding on creation.

Finally, Angry IP Scanner has its own domain name that is related to the name of the project! The TLD of .org now also better corresponds to the convention of many open-source projects.
Hopefully, now it would be easier to remember the new address - http://www.angryip.org/.

Our corporate proxy is quite a paranoid and after some time of inactivity (or just some number of successful requests) requests authentication again.
But cntlm fails to detect that and passes the Proxy-Authenticate headers to the client.
Expected behaviour would be to detect Proxy-Authenticate in the middle of the session and do the authentication again, so that the client never sees the...
