If a template has a name with a trailing whitespace
character then you cannot use this template
Somewhere between selecting the template on the
dropdown list in the reply window and
TicketPluggableBrain setBody method the whitespace is
stripped off and when getTemplate sql method is called
nothing is returned resulting in an error.

If you are still suffering from this problem please let me
know some more details about how to reproduce it.
I would also suggest that you update to the latest CVS
version of Squishdot to ensure that your Squishdot version
is as up-to-date as possible.

This is a problem with Zope 2.5.0beta4.
The problem is cannot be reproduced on 2.5.0 Final.
