It would be nice if Azureus would detect the number of seeds
and automatically switch to superseed when there are no
other seeds connected.
Also, right click to force superseed for a torrent maybe.

This is my proposal for a new 1st priorty handling:
* First priority never hogs download slots, download slots
should always be used for downloading. They use the slots
that are available for seeding (max open torrents - max
download).
* First priority torrents are positioned amongst them self
based on the users setting for Auto Starting.
