I have added in the classpath the resources (images/LoboLogo16.png). So it is found the first time but then fails to be read. I think the logic is not to create ImageIcon object corresponding to LoboLogo16.png each time a frame is created, but only the first time.
We really simplify the stack trace by changing the initialization of imageMap in org.lobobrowser.gui.DefaultWindowFactory...

The association class/code in a. and b. points from the bug report are not consistent. Switch the names.
Actually only one breakpoint is necessary:

Try http://www.markit.com/markit.jsp?jsppage=indices.jsp url in lobobrowser. It opens a dozens of loading frames as if it entered in an infinite loop.
Now set two toggle points in Eclipse in the debug mode at
FramePanel [line: 538] - openWindow(FramePanel, URL, String, Properties, String, ParameterInfo)
PlatformInit [line: 272] - start(String[]):

The new example is almost perfect.
I just had to change the textfield name from icePage$SearchBoxTop$qkw to icePage_SearchBoxTop_qkw in TEXT_FIELD_ID String field.

I'd like to make a feature request:
When selecting text on the page you might want to select further text downwards that is not shown and see the page scrolling.
Once you reached the bottom of the page the selection is frozen because the text you want to select is not visible. This is quite painful when you want to select a big chunk of the page because you have to do multiple copy/paste...
