The problem is that webcals do not load unless the URL ends in .ics. You have ample information here, if you want to fix the bug, do so. If not, don't. I can hack around it either way.

Allow me to reiterate: These are the URLs being passed in to PHP iCalendar as "webcals" through the "cal" parameter.
For example:
http://example.com/phpicalendar/month.php?cal=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2Fmy-icalendar-url.php%3Fparam%3D1
PHP iCalendar decides to change the URL being passed in from:
http://example.com/my-icalendar-url.php?param=1
to...

In version 2.23 and 2.24 it appears that '.ics' is appended to the webcal URL being passed in via URL.
For example, if I pass in:
http://example.com/my-icalendar-url.php?param=1
PHP iCalendar attempts to download the following URL:
http://example.com/my-icalendar-url.php?param=1.ics
This does not yield the desired results. :)
