Also, most documentation will mention it (javadoc).
Yeah, books are a great place to start, so you get "complete picture" and not just one thing from here and there.
Good, glad you got it working. It's one of the easier libraries to use.
Usually if you use a good IDE (IntelliJ just released version 9 which is free. I highly recommend...

Submitted a ticket with Sourceforge.
They created the wiki, but haven't migrated docs. Reopened ticket.

Grab a framework - all these problems have already been solved. Danniel has one, look at his projects, mine's JClaim. They are VERY light and VERY user friendly. And cross - IM platform.
Will make your life a lot easier.

Try now. I fixed the compile problems.
Someone didn't do a clean build before checking in changes. Gentlemen/lady who was working on login. Slap yourself, then add test tree to your compile process (or do a clean build before checking stuff in).
