VirtualWind creates a 0MB obj file

We are using a program called virtual wind that does wind analysis. I want to extract the model it shows to use in another program. GLIntercept does create a log file, and when I hi the frame capture combo it creates OBJ files. But the OBJ files are completely empty. They are 0mb, and if I open one in notepad there is no content.
