The "Generate Project XML" action (eg, http://localhost:8080/itnav/do/instances/generateProjectXML) fails with an exception:

Made the maximum length value for the HTML text input settable from
the calling jsp fragement tile. Set the maximum value for settingValue to 10000
per user request.
