Hello,
There is a project called OASIS (oasis.sourceforge.net) that has been abandoned. I have been actively developing OASIS but I have been unable to get ahold of the owner to submit new versions of the project.
I would like to assume control of this OASIS open-source project.
How can I do this?
I have tried many times to get a hold of the project owner and I really want to boost...
