Release cookbook as PDF? DVI? Latex?

Saw the documentation and thought if it was possible to have a mirror copy of the documentation released as pdf, dvi or even latex compatible files

Perhaps even generated and stored in cvs, or not. However, you decide. :)

Doing a websearch for:
"The Common Lisp Cookbook +PDF"

doesn't yield any results that I found to be related to what I'm looking for. :(

Expand all questions in a category

Depending on how the software is used, the knowledge base could be used populated with many categories with few specialized topics within them.

It could be useful to view a category and toggle whether to expand all entries in that category. This could be really useful if you want to print the contents of a category.

Example: suppose this scenario with a hypothetical person:

you are a technical support provider and you populate the knowledge base with users who have sought technical support. For each issue that user experiances, you add an entry into the user's corresponding category. Each time a new problem arises, a new entry is added to that category. If some error comes up and you wish to review the user's support history, you may want to view a detailed log of all entries in a given category. You click on the correct category and select to view all entries 'expanded'. You then click print. Out of the printer comes an 'table of contents' of all entries in that category and an expanded listing of each of their contents.

From browsing the screenshots and using the demo, I didn't see any information on how to:

[1] From the administrator view, to 'view all articles' (possibly since some certain date, or within a boundary, or to 'view all articles' within a particular category)

If I'm waiting for a new webpage to become available (I
already know URL), but that webpage doesn't exist yet,

Suppose a user is monitoring lecture notes for a
course. Monitor notes for that lecture until the day
the lecture is presented, then stop monitoring that
particular day's webpage.
