5 Revisiting admin URIs if not logged in should prompt login - ID: 898994

If you try to directly visit an admin URI while not
logged-in, you get an error... and then have to
manually go to the login URI.

It'd be better if any attempt to access an admin URI
triggered a login page, and best of all if after login,
you continued to your original URI destination.

Fixed. This was always the intent however if no cookies were
present a NullPointerException occured that prevented the
redirection to the login page. Have changed so that users
are redirected back to the page that they were trying to
access once they have logged in.
