5 Better bad-config handling - ID: 767225

Details:

When there are problems with the crawl-order (or other
configuration files), crawler may fail in unpredictable
ways. Both the initial launch, and per-module
configuration accesses, should better recognize
problems/missing required fields and dump helpful error
messages.
