Tracker: Bugs
The getDate() method in class ARCRecordMetaData
(ARCReader) is treating the date as a long
(milliseconds) while the date is actually a Heritrix
14-digit date field.
Suggested solution is to return the String as it is and
let the user convert it to a long (using ArchiveUtils
class) if it is needed.
