5 If CC timesout selftest, no build failed message - ID: 1012639

Details:

A few times we've seen case where selftest hangs
because we've broken something (Most recently, the
crawl end eventing mechanism was disturbed so selftest
never ended). In this instance where CC steps in and
kills the job, we do not get a build failed message
whereas if the selftest flat out fails, we do. Fix it
so that CC kill sends mail too.
