7 UI list-ordering inconsistent - ID: 1006970

Details:

When the UI lists jobs/profiles/messages/etc, the
display ordering seems different in different places:
sometimes it's most-recent-first, sometimes it's
oldest-first, sometimes its alpha-by-name, etc.

We should work to unify under some prevailing ordering
-- I prefer newest (or in-progress) at-top -- unless
there is a compelling reason or
operator-requested-resort for another presentation.

Commit comment: Fix for [ 1006970 ] UI list-ordering inconsistent (and more) * jobs.jsp subsume 'pending' and 'completed' lists here; ensure ordering is "closest to now on top" * reports.jsp correct 'finished' to merely 'started' (because list includes current job) * jobs/basedon.jsp list newest (closest to now) first * jobs/pending.jsp, jobs/completed.jsp deleted, subsumed into overall 'jobs' page

Jobs are however listed inconsistently in that the 'jobs' list starts with oldest while the 'reports' list job starting with the newest. Changing the profiles to order from newes to oldest should close this bug.
