#281 [PATCH] option to skip audio.cdbackup encoding format menu
The attached patch allows the encoding format to be set in local_conf.py with a new CD_RIP_FMT setting, rather than determined at runtime with an extra menu.
The current behavior is preserved when CD_RIP_FMT is not set.
Rationale: my wife and kids don't want to learn about encoding formats, and they should not have to.
