5 feh support in bsetbg - ID: 1450619

Details:

Discovered that "display" doesn't play nice with
transparent aterms. Article that pointed this out
mentioned "feh" as a replacement. Modified bsetbg to
use "display" as a last resort instead of first choice,
include support for "feh", and a bit of cleanup.
