Create new type wizards for Emonic - ID: 1757185

A user may wish to create more than just C# classes. They may be interested
in creating enums or interfaces, we should support this.
This patch creates abstract and concrete classes with the intent of
modularizing out common code that .NET wizards may need to create a new
type in any supported languages in the .NET environment. The patch provides
an example of how to use these classes but allowing users to create a C#
interface.
