Not possible to listen on other then 127.0.0.x - ID: 992045

In jst-0.2.3 the ability to listen on anything else except
127.0.0.x for outgoing connections has been disabled.
Would like to have this feature back - need to either
listen on 0.0.0.0 or any distinct IP on multihomed
computer.
