When a client starts up and queries a presence from an
account, the only statuses that appear are Available or
Offline. This is most likely due to the SetConnected
being called after the AddStatus message.

Idle time appears to also be an issue.

Example for an account on my Gaim buddy list that
should be away and have an idle time of 2 hours, 35
minute (information displayed by
libgalago/tests/get-presence)
