wmappl

It would be cool to allow wmappl have any size, instead of fixed
64x64 pixels. This will make it more flexible.

Maybe the size should not be measured using pixels, but using
"buttons". So, current versions have a fixed size of 3x3 buttons.

Would also be cool to allow wmappl auto-size itself to fit current icon
set.

I had this idea when thinking about fluxbox and "fbpager"
application, which size is determined by number of desktops.
