continuing the work done with the previous path from Robert
Riches, I've added MilliDelay to xmacrorec2, but only after
buttonpress/release and before keystrpress if there has been a
previous mouse movement.

I release this patch under the same
license as the original code. The work in this patch is my
original work, and to the best of my knowledge and belief
noone else has claim to copyright ownership of this patch.
