patch which fixes invalid argv parsing - ID: 957405

with the release of cvs 1.11.16 the order of arguments passed to
an external program has been changed. ccvssh wrongly assumed
the order to be always the same which is not the case. the patch
fixes the problem and allows using ccvssh with the new version of
cvs.
