5 MS.Visual Studio project file not up to date - ID: 955312
Last Update: Tracker Item Submitted ( jason_l_riley )

The MS VS project file is not up-to-date.

The openSEAL development team has not historically
used Visual Studio to build the openSEAL assemblies so
the files it references are a little out of date. I will enter
a defect to make sure the VS project file is brought up
to date. For now I would recommend using NANT to
build everything (or use the assemblies supplied in the
bin folder of the download).

If you want to use VS.NET there is a couple of
workarounds that might help. Try compiling the lib by
itself first. If you have errors it is probably because .CS
files are missing from the .proj list. In VS, goto Projects
and select Show All Files. You will then be able to
browse the source tree and include files that are not
included and exclude files that are indicated as missing.
You need everything except for the org.openseal.test,
org.openseal.refapp, and org.openseal.tools namespaces.
