i18n: Editor can't display unicode jsp correctly - ID: 951652

JSP editor could not display unicode encoded jsp pages
correctly(Chinese characters will display abnormal, but
english characters ok). When I convert the encoding
from unicode to ascii, it will be rendered welll.
