Client abort of download fatal to DebianMirrorModule - ID: 944097

If a client chooses to cancel the download while the
file is not fully cached the DebianMirrorFile object
goes into an undefined status causing the
sendClientData() method in DownloadWatcher to block.
(No data is read from the pipe)
all further download requests to that specific file
will block.
