KDE BlogLines Notifier

Tracker: Bugs

5 Icon in panel does not change color - ID: 939991
Last Update: Settings changed ( the_zoi )

In addition to notifying using sound/balloon I'd like
to see the icon in the panel change color.

I personally don't like too many beeps, instead I'd
like to look at the panel to see if there's something
new. Bloglines' itself has a web notifier, perhaps you
can copy their icons? A big 'B' when nothing happens
and a 'B' with a red star when there's something new.

I was just looking at the source directory and saw two icons
(*_idle.png and *_new.png). But the panel shows only an
empty-looking document-like icon. Perhaps something's wrong
in the installer or so. I already had problems finding the
installed files (/usr/local/kde/bin, which debian doesn't
look in by default for runnable programs).

I checked the source dir for references to the two icons,
but only found them in the Makefile(s), not in the source
code. So I don't know if they're not found or if they're not
looked for :-)
