5 trouble with "make.sh prefetch" in cvs 20040416 - ID: 936694

After a quick search it seems its the only one. Its the Parrswood Technology College and among kaybee org they mirror quite a lot of other stuff like: ftp.archlinux.org/ ftp.freshrpms.net/ ftp.redhat.com/ ftp.ximian.com/ My impression is that the mirror is up to date and has a lot of bandwidth, so why not use it? Do the download/build scripts support alternative download locations?

All of these issues were fixed in the 1.4.0 CVS before 20040416. I can only guess you're using the HEAD (aka 1.5.0) branch which is rather out of date compared to 1.4.0 and isn't something anyone should really be working with at the minute. Is that logwatch mirror official? whilst www.kaybee.org is slow at least it's guaranteed to be up to date.

Need more info here... which CVS branch? did you do a CVS
checkout or get a CVS snapshot? All of these issues were
fixed in the 1.4.0 CVS before 20040416. I can only guess
you're using the HEAD (aka 1.5.0) branch which is rather out
of date compared to 1.4.0 and isn't something anyone should
really be working with at the minute.

Is that logwatch mirror official? whilst www.kaybee.org is
slow at least it's guaranteed to be up to date.
