This patch allows to specify the socket address family
at run time, either as module parameter "family" or as
command line switch "-f <family>". Default is always
AF_INET.
That makes it possible to easily run Intel iSCSI over
high performance socket implementations such as
Dolphin SCI SOCKET or Sockets Direct Protocol for DAT.
We have run it over SCI SOCKET with rather good
results, kernel latency is 20-40 usec in comparison to
250 for GigE.
