Exit monitor mode - ID: 933627

I noticed that airfart, upon exit, did not made the
wireless interface leave monitor mode - resulting in
ifconfig wlan0 returning:
wlan0 Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr
00-09-5B-B2-95-44-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
More importantly wlan0 is unusable afterwards.
Here's a patch that fixes it.
