5 end of line problem? - ID: 896966
Last Update: Comment added ( jjlupa )

Hello, I was double checking the encoding routines in
source file 'yenc.cpp' and I see that lines are
terminated with '\n'.

Strictly speaking, shouldn't these lines be terminated
with "\r\n" ?

This is the convention on Usenet and the original
reference code does this also.

Best Regards,
Albert Choy

We made a shot at fixing this with 0.2, but still dropped
the ball a little bit. The current CVS tip 0.3a SHOULD fix
all of these. I'll be working on rolling this to VS2003.net
on the win32 side, then build a release out of it.
