it was found to be a HTML issue, where it will auto </table>
a <table>, and/or other <?>. Great for cutting corners when
programming, but if a page loads slowly, even if the closing
marker is present it will 'timeout' before reaching it, thus
creating the display problems listed. Beleive it was fixed,
since i submitted a possible workaround, when joining dev
team, and never experienced it again from that moment on.

screen for each prob there. note the move link problem only
ever occurs in conjunction with the off screen one, never alone.

also browsers, ive used the following, and had it occur in
all 3(in order of fruequency of prob -to+)
IE5 NS7 FB0.7
the problem frequency also shoots up if i use a proxy(still
happens without just less).
it also seems to occur more often in laggy moments.
hope that helps at all :0 since needless to say not having
ship info on screen, all it takes is for there to be a
mayday (sicne they dont refresh until expired) for you to
have no idea if your even shot(yes i was almsot dead without
knowing was hit once :/ ) hehe oh well if you need more info
just ask...
