TEXT_UNICODE DTT and non-default collations - ID: 876564

Roland Volkmann pointed out that kinterbasdb's official
TEXT_UNICODE dynamic type translators (implemented in
the kinterbasdb.typeconv_text_unicode module) are
unable to handle fields with non-default collations.
This issue is now fixed in CVS:
