wxWindows Project Manager for VC7

I have VS.NET 2003. I have the latest wxWindows
installed (2.4.2 I think). I installed your program. I
told it where my VS.NET was. Fine.

Now I run VS.NET. Where is the wizard? Your readme
says:

"After instalation you will find a simple wizard to create
wxWindows skeleton projects."

But I couldn't find the wizard.

When I go to Tools menu, Add-in Manager, there are no
add-ins listed. Is there something I need to do in VS to
activate the add-in?
