I have an idea, why don't you create a plugin for IE that
gives it proper CSS support? It would revoluntionize the
way people view the internet.

IE won't ever have proper CSS support. Not now, not in LongHorn. I do mean never. It's central to the product that it stays clear from 100% W3C compliance. cf. XForms implementation rejection... When I want to enjoy the power of CSS2/3, I use Mozilla. When I need to use IE, I make it less of a burden by writing plugins. But I won't rewrite MSHTML...
