I have an idea, why don't you create a plugin for IE that
gives it proper CSS support? It would revoluntionize the
way people view the internet.

Actually, this exists already. It's called Mozilla Firebird.
You can find it here: http://mozilla.org/products/firebird.

IE won't ever have proper CSS support. Not now, not in
LongHorn. I do mean *never*. It's central to the product
that it stays clear from 100% W3C compliance. cf. XForms
implementation rejection...

When I want to enjoy the power of CSS2/3, I use Mozilla.
When I need to use IE, I make it less of a burden by writing
plugins. But I won't *rewrite* MSHTML...
