The enctype="multipart/form-data" parameter on the Form
tag on the Install page caused it to fail for me. (Submitting
the form simply returned me to the form without doing
anything.) Removing the enctype parameter allowed it to
work for me.

My system is an Apple PowerBook G4 DVI 800MHz with 1GB
RAM, Mac OS X 10.2.8 build 6R73, PHP 4.3.3 Entropy
Release 1, with MySQL 4.0.14-standard. The browser is
Apple Safari 1.0 build 85.5 with AppleWebKit 85.7. (Same
rendering engine as Konqueror on KDE on Linux.)
