"at" variables not working - ID: 832548

When "at" variables are used in an XQuery FLWR
expression, incorrect optimization occurs.
Subexpressions that depend on the "at" variable can be
moved out of the "for" loop, producing arbitrary
incorrect results.
Source code fixed, problem is demonstrated by use case
xmp/addq1.
