Network Status Tool for Windows®

I ran the windows installer; it put everything in
c:\program files\wnsrtool.

However, install.txt talks about editing the config file in
c:\wnrtool -- which doesn't exist!

The php scripts also have c:\wnrtool hard-coded in them.

I managed to get things running only by copying
everything from c:\program files\wnsrtool to c:\wnrtool.
