pointless

Running the viewme.pll example on my two Debian
machines (with pointless 0.4-3 binary debian package),
hitting CNTRL-RETURN does NOT switch to full screen.
Pointless writes (as soon as I hit CNTRL-RETURN) on the
console while the pointless screen disappears.

This appears both on a non accelerated machine (S3
savage chip) and on a accelerated one (Radeon 9500 PRO).
