"Setup Launchmenu" in the Popupmenu doesn't work - ID: 824641

When the popupmenu is shown, there is an entry "Setup
LaunchMenu". This should bring up the dialog to
reconfigure LaunchMenu, but nothing happens when this
item is selected.
