Support for user-added programs - ID: 813546

It would be useful if the program could pick up program
definitions (as python classes) from a file in
~/.mmaker/, to avoid having to edit the files in
site-packages or having to edit the source itself, and
also to enable a user to define his own programs (maybe
ones he developed or compiled himself and keeps in his
home directory).
