Whenever a server links to the network, the Nerserv
service sends an EA (End of Burst Ack) token, even
though the link happened at another branch of the network.
Example:
*** Notice -- Net junction: server1.network server2.network
*** Notice -- Completed net.burst from server2.network.
*** Notice -- server2.network acknowledged end of
net.burst.
*** Notice -- newserv.network acknowledged end of
net.burst.
The final EA is clearly not supposed to happen. Note
that this doesn't (shouldn't) have any impact on
performance, but is merely a nuisance.
